about:labs moved to about:flags in Chrome

Labs experiment of Chrome browser (version 7 onwards) had been available in about:labs page. Now the labs page is renamed to experiments. about:labs will no more work in Chrome, which is now changed to about:flags Most of the users don't like this move (me too). Check these comments.
